Open the paywall in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID that was used for the original purchase.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions, then select HanziDragon.
Yes. Most learning features work offline. Sync requires iCloud and an internet connection.
Your progress can sync through iCloud when both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID and iCloud is enabled.
First, check that iCloud is enabled and both devices use the same Apple ID. Then reopen the app and give it a moment to sync. If the issue continues, contact support.
HanziDragon is available on iPhone and iPad.
No separate account is required. Some features, such as sync, rely on Apple services like iCloud.
HanziDragon helps you learn Chinese characters through step-by-step practice, including readings, meanings, stroke order, radicals, handwriting practice, and compound words.
The current version focuses on about 900 hanzi across HSK 1, HSK 2, and HSK 3.
